THIS IS NOT A WIG ORDER. You must first add the wig to your cart and then add your add on option if you will like the wig customized. As of 2/22/2022 if you order an add on and have to get it refunded due to not reading these terms. You will be subject to a $30 inconvenience fee which will result in a partial refund.
Custom Color Add On2 is bleaching the knots, styling, washing/conditioning the hair, and pre-plucking the hairline.
Before choosing custom color please text 501-454-3070 with a picture of the custom color that you will like so that you can receive turn around time on your order before placing your order. Custom orders usually take 5-10 business days but if you're requesting certain shades of blonde, the time can take longer.
Custom Color Add On2 comes with the knots bleached, the hairline plucked, and of course, the hair washed, conditioned, and styled. This option includes any color and style customization, bob cuts, layers, shaping, blondes, highlights, streaks, more than one color, skunk stripes. Please do not forget to text 501-454-370 with a picture of the color and style.
Please add note to your order if you would like the hair styled, bone straight or lightly curled. If styling option is not specified, the unit will arrive lightly curled.
